1998-Phil’s Bar & Grill was a local neighborhood bar located at the corner of Rhode Island Ave. & Route 1 in the City of Beltsville. During the production stage, several calls were made to alert owner about the vandalism taking place at their local bar. Collaboration with DC’s-graffiti bomber NCQ3.
